As a Product Innovator, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company's products. Your primary responsibility will be to drive innovation and growth through the development of new product solutions.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in WordPress and eCommerce, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.

  • Develop and communicate product visions and strategies to stakeholders and team members
  • Collaborate with Development and UI/UX teams to create product roadmaps and prioritize features
  • Conduct customer interviews to identify needs and inform product decisions
  • Develop detailed product requirements and specifications to guide the development process
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve products
  • Coordinate product launch activities, including marketing strategies and training for sales teams

Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our products.

Requirements

The following qualifications are essential:

  • Experience in WordPress and eCommerce
  • Proven ability to communicate well in both written and spoken English
  • Ample experience in related roles
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience with product management tools/methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

A creative and entrepreneurial mindset is also essential for this role.
