We are seeking a highly driven Product Development Specialist to lead and support innovation initiatives in the FMCG industry. The role involves managing product portfolios, developing new products and processes, and ensuring continuous improvement while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product portfolios for end-users and industrial customers in collaboration with Marketing, Procurement, QA, and Production teams
  • Lead the development of new products, processes, and technologies, and enhance existing ones to meet market needs
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute R&D projects, identifying key areas for innovation and improvement
  • Ensure project completion within budget and timeline
  • Presentation of findings, insights, and recommendations to top management for strategic decision-making
  • Maintenance of compliance with regulatory, safety, and ethical standards
  • Update on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive competitiveness and innovation

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Biology, Food Technology, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in product development and innovation within the FMCG industry (non-food products)
  • Flexible, adaptable, and with a growth mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
