About the Role

A UX specialist will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from digital products to websites. You will be responsible for creating user-centered experiences that are both visually appealing and functional.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Translate strategy into design: Turn research insights and client business goals into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI assets that align with growth objectives.
  • Craft user-centered experiences: Apply design thinking to ensure usability, accessibility (AODA/WCAG compliance), and intuitive functionality across websites and digital products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with project managers, developers, and content strategists to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital experiences for clients.
  • Prototype with precision: Build interactive prototypes that clearly communicate flows, interactions, and user journeys for client approval and development alignment.
  • Support product development: Work closely with front-end teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs, guiding implementation through launch.
  • Leverage AI-enhanced workflows: Integrate design practices with brand-trained AI tools to deliver smarter, faster, and more scalable outcomes for clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional UX design experience, preferably in an agency or product environment; industry experience in digital agencies or SMB-focused solutions strongly preferred.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including user flows, prototypes, responsive web layouts, and visually polished UI.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma (core requirement), with strong familiarity in Mural or Miro, component libraries, and collaborative design tools.
  • UX & Accessibility Knowledge: Solid understanding of responsive design, AODA/WCAG accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent English communication skills, with proven ability to work remotely across time zones and deliver in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • Mindset: Innovative, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing creativity with functionality; able to thrive in an environment expecting a steady flow of diverse client projects.
