Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience for our web application.
- User-Centered Design Approach: Develop designs that are grounded in user research and usability testing, ensuring that our product meets the needs and expectations of our users.
- Design Process: Utilize a collaborative design process that involves working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Visual Design: Create high-fidelity designs that align with our brand identity and ensure a consistent look and feel across the platform.
- Design Systems: Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all product interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in fintech or tech startups.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with designing for cryptocurrency or financial applications.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and practices.
