Job Title: Senior Specialist, Asset Servicing

The asset servicing specialist is responsible for managing data accuracy, monitoring entitlements, and processing corporate action events in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the preparation of market information reports and lead business governance calls.
  • Work with clients to obtain timely responses and elections from fund managers.
  • Submit responses and elections promptly and ensure instructions are received and processed by custodian banks.
  • Verify corporate event data for quality and accuracy.
  • Ensure checklists are completed on time.
  • Verify entitlements with custodian banks for daily corporate action events.
  • Process trades and corporate events into the system accurately and on time.
  • Work within existing processes and adhere to procedures and policies.
  • Recommend process improvements and enhance controls and services.
  • Support team members as needed and participate in regular training programs to ensure service continuity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; CPA certification is an advantage.
  • Two to five years relevant work experience.
  • Amenability to hybrid work arrangements, including onsite and remote work, and willingness to work night shifts when necessary.
  • Knowledge of securities instruments and investment processes.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proficiency in third-party data platforms such as Bloomberg, SIX, SimCorp Dimension, and BBHInfoAction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
