Flexible/hybrid work model: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a team/employee-specific third day)The Impact you will have in this role:The Enterprise Business Operations (EBO) organization supports DTCC's core businesses: DTC, NSCC, FICC (GSD & MBSD), WMS, and I&RS. EBO aims to provide superior operations processing and client services, improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Asset Service Client Support handles inquiries via phone and Salesforce, ensuring timely resolutions and strengthening client relationships. Corporate Actions Client Support manages partner concerns and tracks issues through completion. Your Primary Responsibilities:Oversee daily processing activities, including exception resolution, compliance, and risk management.

Make informed, timely decisions, and hold self and others accountable for quality results. Understand and apply relevant procedures, regulations, and policies; support continuous process improvement. Communicate complex information clearly to team members and non-technical colleagues.

Develop, coach, and evaluate team performance; foster talent development. Review and improve control environments and process efficiencies. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners; lead projects and initiatives.

Implement strategies and ensure divisional goals are met. Develop and deliver staff training programs. Follow procedures and controls to mitigate risks and uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
