Remote Language Facilitator Job

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remote Language Facilitator to facilitate effective communication between parties with diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Your primary responsibility will be to accurately interpret conversations in real-time, conveying the message in the preferred language of the caller while ensuring both parties understand each other.

This role requires you to work from home in a quiet and secure environment, equipped with a mobile phone meeting our minimum specifications (Android 12 or iOS 15). You will be required to work rotating shifts for 9 hours anytime within 24 hours, including night shifts.

You will be entitled to 2 days off in a week, which will be rotating any day. Additionally, you must be willing to work on public holidays as the operation is 24/7.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (Read & Speak & Write)
  • Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese (Read & Write & Speak)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to changing schedules and priorities

A comprehensive 3-weeks training will be provided in the daytime (Monday to Friday) with a training allowance.
