Job Opportunity: Community Builder

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow a thriving digital marketing community from the ground up, utilizing platforms like Discord, Telegram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and execute a tailored content and engagement strategy for digital marketers, including discussions, AMAs, events, polls, and member spotlights.
  • Foster meaningful engagement by initiating conversations, responding to inquiries, and amplifying user-generated content.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and spam-free community environment through monitoring and moderation.
  • Analyze growth and engagement metrics, and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior marketing professionals to align community-building efforts with brand positioning and campaign initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in community management or similar roles.
  • A proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members—ideally in marketing, tech, or creator spaces.
  • Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, Telegram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn (other platforms a plus).
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing trends, lingo, and challenges—bonus if you're already part of relevant communities.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to connect with audiences in a friendly yet professional tone.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide community strategies.
