Job Description

A Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant is a strategic partner for clients, helping them maximise the potential of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive customer engagement and business success.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimise marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include conducting user training sessions, promoting user adoption of Marketing Cloud features, developing and executing automated marketing campaigns, and providing input to project estimates.

You will also be responsible for performing data gathering, defining, and documenting business requirements, as well as working closely with the Solution Lead Designer in mapping solutions per requirement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required including but not limited to Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator.
  • Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills.
