Marketing Cloud Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer to join our team. As a shapeshifter in our organization, you will have the opportunity to really help grow the direction of the company.

This position is ideal for those passionate about Salesforce development and eager to expand their skills. You will have the chance to work on one of our most impactful projects alongside a team of highly experienced Salesforce professionals.

About the Role

The role involves engaging with various Salesforce solutions mainly Marketing Cloud. A strong ability to quickly learn and adapt is essential. You will be responsible for working alongside cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

You will also build and maintain strong relationships by communicating directly with clients and stakeholders. Accurately documenting technical specifications, processes, and best practices, contributing to the knowledge base and ensuring project consistency is also a key responsibility.

In addition, you will address and resolve complex integration issues in collaboration with the integration team, ensuring seamless system performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related industry experience
  • Proven experience in Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in core Salesforce development is not required but advantageous (i.e. Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.)
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and best practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust by interacting directly with clients and stakeholders
