Role Overview">

A highly skilled Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant is sought to drive strategic partnerships with clients, unlocking the full potential of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. With a deep understanding of marketing and business requirements, you will excel in crafting scalable solutions that deliver meaningful customer experiences.

Working closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams, you will design, implement, and optimise marketing automation strategies. Your expertise in translating complex requirements into effective solutions will make you a trusted advisor for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough business analysis, including process reviews, system documentation, and identification of key use cases.
  • Map user requirements to Marketing Cloud capabilities, maximising standard features and driving best practices.
  • Lead end-to-end implementations, encompassing configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
  • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and implement SF Solution designs, meeting business requirements.
  • Perform system configuration and groundwork per specification of an architect or lead designer.
Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Strong organisational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Tenacious, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
