The Salesforce Agentforce Developer role is responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence capabilities to enhance and optimize Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop custom AI Agentforce solutions, drive innovation to streamline business processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce lab demo environments to support testing, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that use AI in Salesforce.
  • Lead projects by being the primary point of contact for clients and project managers.
  • Provide technical support and training to users as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce, specifically in Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Preferred experience: Salesforce Einstein, OOTB GenAI & Predictive Features, Agent Studio, DataCloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
  • Exposure and experience with Generative AI technologies or capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools.
  • Detailed understanding of the development of modules within Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or other computer-related disciplines.
  • Ability to work within a virtual global team environment.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Required Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer.
