Are you a highly skilled accounting professional looking for a challenging role? We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team at Doxa-Talent. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for performing full-cycle accounting services for small business clients in the US.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting system records
  • Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and reconciliations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and management to resolve open items and anomalies
  • Produce ad-hoc reports and special projects as needed
  • Support self-service customers with accounting questions and conduct quarterly analysis of their accounting
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred
  • 5 years accounting experience, including 3+ years of progressive experience in full charge bookkeeping
  • Strong computer aptitude, including Microsoft Excel and Word, and experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero
