Revenue Cycle Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Management professional to oversee the entire revenue cycle process. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and be able to drive operational improvements to maximize revenue and reduce denials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the revenue cycle team to achieve performance and financial goals
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the revenue cycle
  • Resolve complex billing issues and denials
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize revenue capture and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of billing and collections processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Effective leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with revenue cycle software and tools
  • Willingness to work remotely and adherence to US hours (PST or EST) from Monday to Friday
