The role of a Staffing Specialist is pivotal in shaping the future of work for companies across the globe.

This key position serves as part of the Talent Acquisition Team, focusing on full-cycle recruitment to identify and assess top talent from diverse industries and roles for our esteemed clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, sourcing platforms, social media, and other networks.
  • Conducting interviews, screenings, and onboarding processes to accurately match high-quality candidates with job openings.
  • Managing initial candidate processing by verifying references, experience, and sending offer letters to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with the latest information regarding candidates, their stages, onboarding statuses, and talent pipelines, including notifications to account managers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify strategies for sourcing high-quality candidates in large volumes.
  • Providing detailed briefings to candidates on job responsibilities, expectations, workflows, and routines they should follow.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance staffing, talent pipeline management, sourcing, and onboarding processes.
