The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and real estate, with experience in financial analysis, market research, and due diligence.
- Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and underwriting on potential investments, including review of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to support investment decisions, including sale and lease comparables and investment trends.
- Presentation Deck Preparation: Prepare high-quality presentation decks to communicate investment opportunities to stakeholders.
- Due Diligence: Assist in property-level due diligence, including lease review, rent roll, loan documents, and coordinating with third parties.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal oversight. A strong passion for commercial real estate and professional growth is essential.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting.
- MBA degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions.
- Experience with top consulting firms or financial institutions is a plus.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills are required.
