Financial Manager for Real Estate Properties

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional with expertise in using Appfolio and Quickbooks online.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain financial records for real estate properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Utilize Appfolio software for financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper recording of transactions.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of real estate assets.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Coordinate with property managers and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial data.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate accounting.
- Proficiency in Appfolio software and other accounting tools.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and real estate finance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
