Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing third-party vendors, monitoring their performance against SLAs and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure third-party vendors meet regulatory and compliance requirements, facilitating audits and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain organized documentation and generate reports on vendor performance and compliance.
  • Implement efficient workflows and tools to enhance third-party management processes, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Priorities:

  • Review and improve HR policies and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive operational excellence through strategic alignment, structured cadences, and process optimization.
  • Manage change initiatives within HR operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify HR trends and inform operational strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • MUST have 3-5 years of experience in third-party management, policy, and process improvement within HR.
  • Familiarity with third-party regulations and best practices is a plus.
  • Experience in vendor relationship management and performance monitoring.
  • Background in FMCG or manufacturing industry, handling over 1K 3rd-party employees will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
