- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Establish and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Document and update procedures and policies as needed.
- Train employees and ensure compliance with established health, safety, environment, and quality standards and processes.
- Serve as the lead and main point of contact for approved projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and track project deliverables to ensure alignment with approved project plans.
- Facilitate flow of essential information among project team members and the rest of the organization.
- Prepare and deliver management presentations and communication materials.
- Collaborate with the Management Team and Group Business Development Team to develop marketing materials.
- Provide key performance results reports based on established goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Desirable: Professional certification in Project Management, Six Sigma, or ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sustainable change.
- Excellent collaboration, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- High level of responsibility and initiative.
