Client Relationship Manager

A dynamic and organized professional is required to manage existing client relationships, handle requests, and ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Coordinate schedules by relaying service requests and confirming details with clients
- Prepare proposals for services, securing leadership approvals
- Track project status and provide timely updates to clients
- Manage records of POs, invoices, and scheduling in platforms like BuilderTrend
- Document workflows to support onboarding and standardization
- Complete recurring tasks such as weekly emails consistently and on schedule
Collaborate with a close-knit team to maintain high standards of execution and client satisfaction. Interact with leadership, scheduling staff, and external clients to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:- Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and confident in both client and team interactions
- Organized: Manage multiple projects while keeping details accurate and up to date
- Reliable & Accountable: Consistently follows through, meets deadlines, and takes ownership of responsibilities
- Adaptable Under Pressure: Stays calm, prioritizes effectively, and adjusts quickly to feedback
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and using platforms such as BuilderTrend, WhatsApp, and Excel
- Interpersonal Skills: Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients
- Experience: General work experience required; background in account management or sales is a plus
