Customer Service Role Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

This key role involves resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, accurately understanding customer concerns, selecting the best solution, and explaining it to the customer.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be responsible for creating or updating customer information in our database, processing customer orders, and providing exceptional customer service experience.

You will adhere to established internal guidelines, maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with customers, and establish positive relationships with every customer.

The successful candidate will attend upskill trainings to enhance their skills applicable to tier level and stay updated on product & service information including technical troubleshooting procedures.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting minimum goals on performance scorecard and adhering to client Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP).

Requirements
  • A minimum qualification of at least Sr. High School graduate (or high school graduate in old curriculum), vocational degree of any course, or its equivalent.
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic knowledge in computer navigation and MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
