Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and provide administrative support. This full-time role involves utilizing accounting software, managing transactions, and reconciling bank statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and categorize financial transactions using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis
  • Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Invoice clients and manage accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner
  • Organize receipts and financial documents for easy retrieval
  • Assist with payroll and expense tracking to ensure compliance
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry
Requirements:

We require the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on bookkeeping
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to work independently

A certificate or diploma in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field is a plus

  • Experience working with U.S. Clients is an advantage
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) can be beneficial
