
Full-Time Bookkeeping Position

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and provide administrative support. This full-time role involves utilizing accounting software, managing transactions, and reconciling bank statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and categorize financial transactions using QuickBooks or similar software
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis
- Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports to ensure accuracy and transparency
- Invoice clients and manage accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner
- Organize receipts and financial documents for easy retrieval
- Assist with payroll and expense tracking to ensure compliance
- Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry
We require the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on bookkeeping
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero)
- Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to work independently
A certificate or diploma in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field is a plus
- Experience working with U.S. Clients is an advantage
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) can be beneficial
