Job Opportunity

We seek a motivated Sales Development Representative who will connect with potential customers, spark meaningful conversations, and open doors for new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will use our innovative tools and strategies to expand our reach, take on new challenges, and grow their skills while making a real impact on our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Pursue New Opportunities: Engage in prospecting activities, initiate sales calls, and generate new leads through cold calls and emails.
  • Qualify and Educate Prospects: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and identify how our solutions can add value to their freight forwarding operations.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Account Teams: Work closely with the sales and account management teams to set up meetings and product demos for qualified leads.
  • Persistent Follow-Up and Nurturing: Relentlessly follow up with leads, providing them with valuable information and resources to nurture their interest.
  • Pipeline Tracking and CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system, tracking lead status and engagement.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, outreach, and qualified meetings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years SDR or sales and marketing experience in Logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (English both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Client management experience is a plus.
