Marketing Leadership Opportunity

  • Drive the growth of a leading FMCG brand by overseeing all marketing activities and aligning them with business goals.
  • Develop and manage communication briefs and plans to guide agencies in creating promotional materials and media strategies.
  • Activate the brand's essence and vision across all initiatives.
  • Regularly update and refine the consumer portrait and engagement funnel for the brand.
  • Ensure a consumer-centric approach and apply innovation levers to improve the product offering.
  • Play an active role in developing and executing a strong brand plan, monitoring performance metrics and brand health.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years of working experience in marketing preferably in FMCG brands.
  • End-to-end brand management experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work under high pressure and have self-starter attitude.
