Job Description

As a senior leader in shopper insights, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping our understanding of consumer behavior and driving business strategies that deliver tangible results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic insight, research expertise, and stakeholder management skills, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Lead the shopper insights function, setting the strategic vision and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and oversee innovative research programs, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to uncover actionable insights into consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Partner with senior leaders across marketing, sales, and category management to translate insights into impactful strategies that drive business growth.
  • Manage and develop relationships with external research agencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, influencing decision-making with compelling, data-driven narratives.
  • Champion a culture of consumer-centricity across the organization while continuously enhancing insights capabilities through innovation and best practices.
