  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work systematically.
  • Familiarity with inventory and helpdesk ticketing tools is advantageous.
  • Proven hands-on experience with computer networks, server administration, and installation.
  • Superb communication skills in English, with proficiency in local language.
