Job Details

The System Administrator - IT Services will be responsible for managing user identities and access permissions on all company digital platforms.

This role involves safeguarding the company's digital assets, controlling access to information and systems, and ensuring a secure, seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing user identities and access permissions on all company digital platforms.
  2. Safeguarding the company's digital assets.
  3. Controlling access to information and systems.
  4. Ensuring a secure, seamless user experience.
  5. Providing technical support and assistance in setting up secured accounts and workstations.
  6. Configuring Google Workspace for new hires.
  7. Creating email accounts and providing new team members with necessary tools access based on the tools access matrix.
  8. Coordinating with various tools administrators to ensure new team members receive necessary tools access based on the tools access matrix.
  9. Adding new team members to relevant email distros and Google chat spaces.
  10. Removing necessary tools access in case of offboarding.
  11. Providing onsite technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  12. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, peripherals, hardware, and software applications.
  13. Diagnosing and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
  14. Conducting routine maintenance and updates of systems and equipment.
  15. Training end-users on basic IT functions and best practices.
  16. Documenting technical issues, resolutions, and support processes for knowledge base maintenance.
  17. Ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards during onsite visits.
  18. Collaborating with remote support teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  19. Performing troubleshooting issues and tool performance monitoring and systems maintenance as required.
  20. Resetting expired email logins and working on password reset/lockout requests.
  21. Tracking and monitoring users' MDM enrollment and sending a weekly report on non-compliance to the team.
  22. Escalating laptop issues and challenges.
  23. Providing training and support to employees on the use of digital tools and technologies.
  24. Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve existing processes through the implementation of digital solutions.
  25. Ensuring smooth transitions during organizational change and adoption of digital technologies.
  26. Ensuring digital initiatives comply with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.
  27. Implementing measures to protect digital assets and data.
