We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our international payment operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across diverse banking networks.

  • Manage Cross-Border Payments: Oversee the processing of cross-border payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
  • Develop Banking Relationships: Foster strong relationships with international banks and payment service providers, facilitating seamless transactions and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, monitor compliance standards, and implement best practices in cross-border payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, monitor transaction discrepancies, and generate detailed reports on payment activities.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows, optimize transaction costs, and enhance operational efficiency through the use of modern payment technologies and tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in managing multi-country payments or similar financial operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of international banking systems, multi-currency payment processing, and financial reconciliation software.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments in different regions.
  • Analytical Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and drive informed decisions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic would be beneficial.
