Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for building, updating and improving divisional and corporate budgets and quarterly rolling forecasts.

You will also support the finance team's modeling and analysis of products, acquisitions, and financings. Your role will involve working closely with our in-house data team to integrate operational and financial data, improve forecasting accuracy, risk-adjust project ROI, and enhance unit economics.

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you will be the go-to resource for internal and external financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations. You will work with leaders of other business units and be involved in budgeting across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce or related).
  • 2+ years of financial reporting experience, business analysis experience is considered.
  • Experience with financial statement production and/or analysis.
  • Knowledge of accounting data hierarchies and structure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to understand the financial implications of key decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
