Estimation Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimation Expert to oversee project calculations and cost assessments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough takeoffs based on provided drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to ensure timely responses
  • Assemble comprehensive estimates for each project with precision and accuracy
  • Implement updates and revisions as required, ensuring alignment with revised drawings and specifications
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless project execution

Key Requirements:Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in estimation or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering accurate results
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar software
