Job Overview

This role requires a high-level individual with strong modeling skills and experience in team management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing modeling standards, ensuring the quality and accuracy of models, and contributing to the execution of the plan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Produce structural drawings and create Revit models that meet quality standards.
  • Execute the Sprint plan, creating and communicating a plan of approach to stakeholders and documenting tasks to complete deliverables and estimate hours.
  • Coordinate with clients and external teams, ensuring effective communication and proactive collaboration.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, seeking out education opportunities and contributing to material groups to update and improve standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design.
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in structural design.
  • Experience in mid-sized structural projects.
  • Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function independently and self-direct efforts.
