Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by securing new business partnerships and closing large-scale deals across Asia.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business expansion strategies to achieve significant revenue targets.
  • Leverage business development expertise to identify and pursue new opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Nurture strategic relationships with C-suite executives across various functions, driving engagement and retention.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements for new business and contract renewals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A proactive individual capable of swiftly establishing a network of high-value relationships using a consultative sales approach.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of winning substantial volume sales ($250k+ per sale), is essential.
  • A robust network of C-suite decision-makers within Fortune 1000 companies and local conglomerates across APAC is required.
  • Able to travel regularly to foster regional relationships and drive deal closures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, ideally with a background in HR/Tech Consulting.
