Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team in Quezon City. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting and is familiar with financial principles and procedures. The Financial Administrator will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare and process payroll on a timely basis
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
- Monitor and track expenses and prepare financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Handle tax filings and other financial reporting requirements
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries
- Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations is a plus
