The Financial Administrator will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Prepare and process payroll on a timely basis
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
  • Monitor and track expenses and prepare financial reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
  • Handle tax filings and other financial reporting requirements
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries
  • Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations is a plus
