Our team seeks an experienced Credit Analyst to join us in managing financial trends and mitigating credit risk for borrowing relationships.

About the Role

This is a key position that supports underwriting decisions by providing analysis of business financial trends, indicators, and client data. You will be responsible for managing risk associated with new and existing borrowing relationships, performing spreads of client business financial statements, and creating customer accounting systems through our Credit Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth analysis of business financial trends, indicators, and client data for presentation to senior management.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new and existing borrowing relationships.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Perform accurate and timely spreads of client business financial statements.
  • Customer Accounting: Create and maintain customer accounting systems through our Credit Platform.
  • Risk Recognition: Recognize potential client risk through early warning systems.
  • Financial Reviews: Conduct periodic financial statement reviews and track established financial covenants.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance to borrowing base credit facility.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a financial institution focusing on credit analysis and spreading activities.
  • Fresh Graduates Welcome: We consider fresh graduates who have relevant skills and qualifications.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment in interpreting data and results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and diplomacy skills for exchanging complex or sensitive information.
