**Job Title:** Credit Risk Management Specialist
**Job Description:Credit Risk Management Specialists are responsible for ensuring the integrity of our credit exposure data. This involves reviewing and verifying the accuracy of incoming credit requests, maintaining accurate records of credit facilities, and monitoring end-of-day exposure versus limits.
**Responsibilities:1. Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy, converting them to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities.2. Prepare Credit Approvals (CAs), track CA progress during approval process, and ensure approvals are received in compliance with policy/recorded in database accurately.3. Maintain accurate insurance records and controls to ensure timely follow-up and renewals of required insurance for equipment and equipment liability.4. Monitor end-of-day exposure versus limits while escalating detected exceptions per policy and obtaining facilities to address recurring exceptions.5. Prepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors as well as contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings.6. Interpret data, make recommendations, identify policy gaps, and assist in formulating policies.7. Avoid risk in decision making by following laws, rules and regulations, upholding Citi's ethical standards, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:1. 0-2 years of relevant experience.2. Experience in similar position or area.3. Working knowledge of industry practices and standards.4. Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domain.
