The role involves providing administrative support to the financial planning team, focusing on maintaining CRM data, generating reports, and assisting with client research.
You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to financial planning, including data entry, document management, and creating reports from CRM and provider portals.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong English communication skills who can think independently and effectively manage their time throughout the workday.
As an Administration Assistant, you will collaborate with advisers to identify appropriate investment strategies based on client needs and goals, and assist in researching existing clients' products.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 3 years of experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role in the financial industry
- Proficiency in financial planning software such as AdviserLogic or XPlan, or similar tools
- Strong numerical and logical reasoning skills, with good mathematical abilities
- Familiarity with Superannuation, Centrelink, and Investments in Australia
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially in calculations and materials prepared
