We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Assistant to join our team.

The role involves providing administrative support to our financial planning team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and lodging forms and documentation for superannuation, investments, insurance, and other financial products as directed
  • Tracking implementation tasks and following up on outstanding items
  • Managing internal databases and updating client records in line with compliance requirements
  • Drafting emails and client correspondence for review
  • Assisting with report generation and other general administrative tasks
  • Liaising with providers or platforms when necessary
  • Ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail in all work submitted

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance-related business, completing financial and other administrative tasks
  • A background in finance, lending, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with clients
  • Prior experience with Paraplanning in Australia is preferred
