Client Experience Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Officer to join our Institutional Operations team in Manila. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience to ANZ's Platinum and Premium Institutional customers through phone and digital channels.
Your key responsibilities will include providing technical expertise on all basic Transactional Banking products, managing cases to ensure timely completion, and effectively communicating with internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing process enhancements to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
In addition, you will be expected to demonstrate strong influencing, negotiation, and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
