Client Experience Specialist

Cobden & Carter International is a leading provider of staffing solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Client Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with U.S.-based clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met through proactive and responsive communication.
- Recruitment Process Management: Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless communication between clients and recruiters, and track candidate submissions, interviews, and placements to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Quality Control: Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring job orders and candidate qualifications align with client expectations, and monitor hiring progress to proactively address any challenges or delays.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report key client satisfaction metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement and client retention strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing U.S.-based clients, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- At least 2+ years of staffing experience, working alongside recruiters and managing hiring processes.
- Excellent email writing and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent English speaker, confident in handling professional conversations via phone and Zoom.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience in client success, account management, or similar roles in a staffing or recruitment setting.
