We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our design management team. As a key member of our Cobden and Carter International team, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various design projects.
Responsibilities:
- You will directly manage creative projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- You will collaborate closely with designers and studio leaders to improve output quality.
- You will manage multiple projects and programs, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance to foster a positive culture and high-performing team.
- You will maintain the quality of deliverables, ensuring all design work meets our high standards.
- You will serve as the primary liaison with internal clients, championing their needs and proactively communicating project updates.
- You will plan, optimize, and track projects, leveraging studio systems to monitor progress and report data.
- You will assign team members and source freelance contractors and agencies as needed.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, design, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a design, creative, or similar company, or within a corporate design team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of design software, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Broad knowledge of print, digital, event, and other design processes and workflows.
- A strong command of the English language.
- A good understanding of the bigger picture, helping to spot, diagnose, and solve design problems.
- A history of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- A growth mindset, constantly looking for ways to grow skills, improve processes, and understand businesses.
- Strong communication skills and active listening abilities.
Work Setup:
This role is based in Taguig and requires hybrid work arrangements.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is PHP 85,000 - PHP 125,000 per month, depending on experience.
