Job Description:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our Design Studio, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with Marketing leaders to align on design needs and strategies, driving business growth through effective design solutions.
- Manage and support team tasks, fostering a positive culture and high performance within the studio.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring readiness for exceptional output and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Address escalated issues with internal clients, providing creative solutions that meet their needs.
- Utilize tools to track data and enhance operational efficiency, making informed decisions to drive business success.
- Manage workload and capacity through team and external resources, ensuring optimal use of talent and expertise.
- Ensure quality control standards are met and maintained, upholding the highest level of excellence in our designs.
- Establish partnerships with external agencies to enhance studio capabilities, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in design, creative, or a similar company, or within a corporate design team
- 3-5 years of experience managing creative teams, with a proven track record of success
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma)
- Knowledge of Workfront is an advantage, but not required
- Comprehensive understanding of print, digital, event design processes, and current marketing trends and best practices
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to recognize and resolve issues that affect team performance, maintaining a holistic view of the organization
- Proven ability to build and lead successful teams, driving growth and innovation
- Skilled in relationship-building and navigating competing needs, with a customer-centric approach
