Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team as a sales coordinator. This role involves managing e-commerce platforms, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Manage product listings, pricing, and content updates across multiple marketplaces including Shopify and order management systems.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Order Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in line with company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, generate replenishment reports, and support supply chain forecasting with knowledge of DEAR, StarShipit, Xero, and other related software.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade events while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to the company's visual identity guidelines.
  • Tech Support: Collaborate on website development and provide technical support for presentations using relevant tools and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
