Ecommerce Junior Account Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings across ecommerce platforms.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory, and order fulfillment.
  • Handle inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage online promotions to boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless ecommerce operations.
  • Experience in creating and delivering persuasive sales pitches tailored to e-commerce markets.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and present effective product or promotional solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in ecommerce or online selling is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using ecommerce platforms and MS Office tools.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Preferably can start ASAP.
