
Outbound Growth Manager

This is a key role that requires developing and executing proactive marketing strategies to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The right candidate will work with the marketing team and report to the Head of Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:- Research and analyze market trends and buying behavior for your territory.
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and/or events.
- Create compelling marketing content, such as email templates, thought leadership pieces, and other marketing materials, to engage target audiences.
- Implement lead generation strategies, including multi-channel campaigns and automating workflows to increase prospect engagement.
- Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads, maintain prospect relationships, and ensure a seamless transition to the sales team for purchase-ready prospects.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to drive improvements and optimize ROI.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in generating leads and doing outbound marketing for the legaltech or SaaS industry.
- Comfortable liaising with high-ranking people in companies (CXOs): Must have results in their lead generation experience.
- Account-based marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience in using lead prospecting and marketing automation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
- Experience in using CRM software (Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills, especially for B2B audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Client-oriented mindset, consultative approach to build productive relationships with clients.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup setting.
- Fluent in Business English.
