Job Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking and adaptable Amazon Account/Project Manager to support our client. Responsibilities include documenting meetings, assigning tasks, managing Amazon-related workflows, and ensuring seamless project execution.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand nuances of different marketplaces, primarily US and English-speaking markets; stay updated on Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices; improve product visibility, rankings, and sales.
  • Coordinate activities, oversee timelines and deliverables, assign tasks effectively, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Manage 3-5 clients, build strong relationships, understand client goals, provide updates and performance reports.
  • Engage with clients and teams, collaborate across functions.
  • Analyze sales data, identify expansion opportunities, develop strategies for growth, optimize listings, manage PPC campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Must-Have:
  • 3-5 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience across Amazon marketplaces
  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and GSuite
  • Advantageous:
  • Experience with task management tools like Slack, Notion, Trello
  • Experience working with an Amazon Agency
