Job Summary

Our company is seeking an experienced Logistics & Operations Strategist to support our Head of Supply Chain in analyzing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end logistics strategies.

The successful candidate will ensure smooth and efficient operations across all supply chain functions, while identifying and implementing improvements that enhance logistics performance across Amazon and Shopify channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Amazon/E-commerce Platform Oversight: Manage order management platforms and integration tools to ensure smooth transaction flows and customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory: Collaborate with the Head of Supply Chain to strategize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and fulfillment to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
  • Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination: Understand relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Process Optimization: Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management, preferably both.
  • At least 5 years of leadership/ people management experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite.
  • Shopify experience.
  • Experience with Helium10.
