We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Legal Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing administrative support to legal teams and be proficient in conducting research, drafting documents, and managing files.
Main Responsibilities:- Legal Research: Conduct thorough research on various legal topics, compile data, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and edit contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
- File Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
- Compliance: Monitor and adhere to filing deadlines and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Collaboration: Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary, coordinating efforts for seamless communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with US, EU, AU, and/or UK legal systems and regulations.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills:
- Reading: High quality for complex legal documents.
- Writing: High quality for contracts and legal correspondence.
- Speaking: Neutral accent for effective communication with clients and teams.
- Proficient in legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and document management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of legal tech tools, cloud-based systems, and document automation software.
