Making family care possible is a pressing challenge in today's world. At our organization, we are committed to tackling this issue by training and employing family caregivers so they can receive compensation for the care they already provide at home.
We aim to create a tech-powered, family-first care platform to efficiently deliver care, improve health outcomes, and provide an exceptional experience nationwide.
We are expanding rapidly and seeking passionate team members to join us. Our partnerships with leading insurance plans, healthcare providers, and community organizations have enabled us to empower families across the country.
The RoleThis is not your typical sales or customer success position. Instead, you will be working with real families who face real human problems. Your role is to empower underserved families to access care by taking the most transformative step of their lives.
- You will collect, review, and accurately track required documentation from caregivers and families (e.g., IDs, certifications, health records).
- You will conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries, providing clear guidance to families throughout the documentation process.
- You will manage a high volume of daily phone interactions (60–70 calls), demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- You will verify that all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with state regulations and Medicaid/Medicare requirements.
- You will communicate effectively and compassionately with families via phone, text, and email to ensure a supportive experience.
- You will maintain well-organized records, monitor upcoming expirations, and send timely reminders to prevent lapses.
- You will partner with onboarding, credentialing, and family support teams to ensure a seamless process for families and caregivers.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in customer service, administrative support, or healthcare-related roles.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail in document review and tracking.
- Clear, professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, shared drives, and/or document management tools.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, manage follow-ups, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach when supporting families and caregivers.
We offer:
- A competitive compensation package that reflects the value you bring.
- Generous paid time off to recharge and relax.
- Team bonding opportunities to connect and collaborate with colleagues.
- Growth opportunities to develop your leadership skills.
Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Do you want to work in a dynamic and supportive environment? Apply now to take the first step towards a rewarding career with us.
