Implementation Manager

Job Overview

The Implementation Manager plays a crucial role in guiding clients through the onboarding process from the time a purchase order is signed until their account has been activated. This involves managing their own book of business, interacting with clients frequently via phone, text, and email to ensure seamless setup and address any questions or concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support, troubleshooting help, and guidance/training to new clients during the setup process.
  • Perform regular outreach to clients in setup via phone, email, and text to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster a positive experience with our organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a support, training, or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
