ERP Project Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the planning, coordination, and execution of ERP implementation projects. You'll work closely with the project manager, serve as a secondary client contact, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects
  • Support the project manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Track deliverables, monitor project timelines, and update dashboards
  • Prepare status reports and escalate project risks when necessary
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and recommend improvements
  • Provide client-facing support as a secondary point of contact
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
  • Stable employment history with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for supporting the project manager in delivering ERP implementation projects. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.

Work Schedule:
  • 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT, Monday to Friday
